Change orders

​

You can request changes to the Basket of the Week you have subscribed to:

until Tuesday at 9 am , indicate by email which products you want to replace and which ones you want to include (1 in basket S, up to 2 in basket M, up to 3 in basket L).

Custom Basket Fixed Order

​

The first order will be your fixed order, that is, this is always the composition of the basket you will receive at the frequency you choose. You can make up to two changes to this order if the value of the basket is between 16 and 25 euros, or up to three changes if the value of the basket is more than 26 euros.

When a product is no longer available, as we only have seasonal products, it must be replaced by another.

If you prefer, you can place a different order every week , with a minimum value (16€ or 26€), using a discount coupon.

Extras / Discount Coupons

​

You can also add extra products to your fixed basket by placing a new order on the website. Depending on the subscription you make, you will receive a discount coupon that you can use for six months or a year when ordering extras to add to your order.

​

Every week, there will also be an exclusive promotion that you can enjoy.

Payment

​

The monthly payment of the total of baskets for each month is made in advance, until the 8th. If there is any amount missing, due to requested changes or ordering extras, the payment for the following month will be settled.  

And when you go on vacation?

​

You can suspend delivery for 2 weeks, which do not need to be consecutive, if you subscribe to delivery for six months.

If the subscription is annual, you can suspend it for 4 weeks.
